3 Ways to improve your impact:
START SERVING.
"The greatest among you will be your servant.  For whoever exalts himself
will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted."
Matthew 23:11-12 (NIV)

Choose Desire over Duty
"...not because you must, but because you are willing,
as God wants you to be" I Peter 5:2 (NIV)

Choose Giving over Getting
"not greedy for money, but eager to serve;"
I Peter 5:2 (NIV)
"He gives generously to those in need.  His deeds will never be forgotten.
He shall have influence and honor."

Choose being an Example over being in control.
"Do not be like a ruler over people you are responsible for,
but be good examples to them."

STAY HUMBLE.
"God gives special blessings to those who are humble, but sets himself against those who
are proud.  Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you
up in due time."  I Peter 5:5-6 (NIV)
"But those who think themselves great shall be disappointed and humbled; and those who
humble themselves shall be exalted."  Matthew 23:12 (TLB)

STOP WORRYING.
